Yes. Unlike corporate events, the dance and cheer industry is unique in what its business model is and how staff and participants book their accommodations.
Specifically we understand what your clients and staff prefer, handling any booking issues (24/7) such as when rooms become sold out, or issues with hotel, how to gather more rooms, and keep track of all due dates.
Your time is best spent handling logistics and running your events and turning over the constant calls regarding rooms, overflow to us – BOTH for staff and participants.
What is cost?
For accommodation booking, our fees are commission based and paid by the hotel which means NO cost to you. While some contracts are attrition based, we work with you and the hotel management to lower that or have rooms on a realistic manageable level or on a no attrition basis. Our daily communication with revenue agent and national rep apersonnel from the hospitality industry helps to negotiate pricing and availability.

- Search for convention centers, hotels, school auditoriums, utilizing a number of decision factors using AI and various other tools when helping choose a venue location, such as what is happening on certain dates, city wide events, hotel availability, competitor events, pricing – all done on a regional, city, state , local basis. Our charges range from zero to a negotiated cost to meet your company requirements.
- Booking large or small events for corporate, business meetings, incentive trips, and negotiating food and beverage prices, setups.
- In many cases we arrange pre-event onsite visits to ensure proper event handling and to iron out any issues.
